Stefany Cerame is a luxury real estate agent serving Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and the surrounding Lowcountry of South Carolina. She specializes in luxury home buying and selling, move-up buyers, relocation, and helping clients successfully buy and sell at the same time.
With deep roots in real estate and construction, Stefany grew up surrounded by the industry, giving her a strong foundation in home values, pricing strategy, and the details that matter most in a real estate transaction. She combines that background with a relationship-driven approach, guiding her clients through one of the largest financial decisions of their lives with clarity, confidence, and care.
Stefany relocated to Bluffton in 2017 from Colorado, giving her firsthand experience with long-distance moves and lifestyle transitions. Because of this, many of her clients are relocating from out of state or moving up into their next home. She understands the challenges of coordinating a move, navigating unfamiliar markets, and preparing a home to become the central gathering place for friends and family.
Originally from Virginia, Stefany attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where she met her husband. His family relocated to Hilton Head Island during his high school years, and when they were ready to start a family, settling in Bluffton—just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head—was a natural choice. Today, they are proud to call the Lowcountry home while raising their three children.
Stefany is known for her responsiveness, clear communication, strong pricing strategies, and expertise in managing buy-and-sell transactions simultaneously. She also serves as the local Homes for Heroes real estate partner, helping qualifying heroes save money when buying or selling a home in the Bluffton and Hilton Head area.

She previously worked as a veterinary technician, and animals continue to hold a special place in her heart—an experience that shaped her patience, attention to detail, and service-first mindset.
